The growth of the importance of mobile web and smart phones is undeniable, especially for REALTORS.

Earlier this year, a study was released showing that 42% of the U.S is currently using some type of smart phone device, whether it be an iPhone, Evo, Droid, or Blackberry.  (If you aren’t one of those 42%, I would consider that a matter of great importance for your business, by the way.)

Provide Mobile Value to Your Buyers

There is no question this is having a dramatic impact on consumer behavior – particularly those in the process of buying a home.  They may not already be using a mobile application for home search.  As an agent, if you are provide that service early in their search process, you can provide incredible strength to the relationship between yourself and your potential buyer.

This can be a value added resource while working with existing clients, past clients, buyers you meet in an open house, and for inquiries you receive on your listings or online.
