M Realty Has Arrived in Orange County

We Have Arrived!

In early 2010, M Realty officially arrived in Orange County.  There has never been a time that I’ve been more passionate about what I’m doing and I’m convinced that the approach we are taking is unique and will be incredibly attractive to agents and their clients.

Why M Realty?

It’s evident that the internet is the place consumers now turn to first when they have questions about real estate.  And, as much as agents know and understand this, they are bombarded with options.  Web 2.0 has become an overwhelming and confusing space.

At M Realty, we are helping our agents navigate that space and providing the resources and tools that allow them to become that online resource for their sphere and beyond.  We’re helping  them to provide meaningful real estate information to their audience.

We are taking the time to assess each agent’s practice and help guide and coach them through the systems that it takes to be successful on and offline.   The environment we’ve created is one that supports the agent and provides them the tools so they may amplify the success they are already having through social connections, geographic farming, etc.

For an active agent committed to bringing real value to their customer base through online efforts, there is no better place to be.

The Brokerage of the Future?

I’ve been with both large real estate companies, as well as the small, independent ones and the one thing that became apparent to me is that there are no longer many examples of a fulfilled company brand promise in the real estate industry.  With the significant changes in the industry over the years, today I believe there’s a great opportunity.

There can be a promise made by a company and kept – delivered through the brokerage to the agent and ultimately benefiting the client.  I saw that promise in M Realty in Portland, Oregon and knew that it was something we could execute in Orange County.
